Because our services involve personalized spiritual work and digital services that are created specifically for each customer, we have a limited cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full only if work on the order has not yet begun.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we confirm that no work has been performed, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

No Returns

As we provide personalized digital and spiritual services, completed services cannot be returned.

No Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once work has started on your order, including but not limited to:

Spirit companion matchmaking
Personalized spiritual work
Digital reports or communications prepared specifically for you
Any custom spiritual service

the order becomes non-refundable.

Completed Orders

Once your matchmaking service has been completed and delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your digital delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
