These services are provided for entertainment, personal, spiritual, and curio purposes only.

Results are inherently subjective and may differ from person to person. No specific outcome or experience is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law, to purchase our services.

4. Orders

Orders are accepted subject to availability and our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include or exclude VAT where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed before work begins.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before work has begun.

Once work has started on a personalized spiritual service, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, descriptions, artwork, digital reports, written materials, and other materials created by Belial Crafts remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Belial Crafts does not guarantee the effectiveness, accuracy, or outcome of any spiritual practice, magical work, ritual, or metaphysical service.

All services are offered as spiritual and personal experiences only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Belial Crafts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.
